Shipping & returns

Every print is on archival cotton rag paper, and I sign and number each one myself. They're sent rolled in a sturdy tube.

Delivery is free anywhere in Australia, with tracking. I usually post prints within 5 business days.

I wrap originals with corner protectors and plenty of padding, box them up and send them by insured courier with tracking. You'll see the delivery cost for your painting at checkout before you pay.

If you're local, you can choose free pickup on the Sunshine Coast at checkout and I'll get in touch to arrange a time.

Originals usually go out within 3 to 5 business days.

Most parcels arrive 2 to 7 business days after they're sent, depending on where you are. I'll email you tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

I pack everything really carefully, but if something does arrive damaged, please email me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the artwork and the packaging. I'll sort out a repair, a replacement or a full refund.

If a painting or print isn't right for your space, you can send it back within 14 days of delivery for a refund. It needs to be in its original condition and packaging, and return postage is on you. I'll refund you as soon as it's back in the studio.

Commissions are made just for you, so I can't take change of mind returns on those. You'll always see the finished painting before it's framed and sent.

At the moment the online shop only ships within Australia. If you're overseas, send me a message and I'll get you a shipping quote.
